Again we are back at the Brooks site for a family fight, Mom and her 2 sons. Cecil gets the “newbie’s” on the gang to work on the balloon and as the sun breaks over the school we are off the field and the adventure has begun. We have a bit of a hook to the west toward Knife River’s operation and will get a close look at the barge as we hook back to the south. I’ve noticed we are not along out here as the boys from NW Ag (local crop dusters) are still working the Hazelnut orchards. This track is caring us into Keizer and the gang is staged at the first LZ, Gubser school which we miss bay about 100 feet to the south. Next inline is another school with a bit larger soccer field (6 of them) and we hit this one just fine. The “gang” gives us a tow to the paved area for the lay down and the pack up. The passengers do the “sit” and we head back north for the picnic.
I get the story started, the toast is done and the certificates are presented.
PASSENGER COMMENTS: Ana, Diego, Santiago: “Thank you so much!! It was a wonderful ride, thank you for an awesome trip. We all loved it!”
A BIG thank you to today’s Crew (I can’t get in the air or back on the ground without’um)
